How to check my order?


Step by step guide on checking order status

After placing your order, if you are a new customer, you will receive 2 seperate emails: one email regarding the details of your new order; another provides a link for user login. You will need your new account to check your order status next time so it is advised for you to set your password after clicking on your one-time login link provided by themail. If you had order with us in the past and already has an account, you will only get one email regarding your order details. To check your order, follow the steps below:

  1. Login to your account using your username and password.
  2. There are 5 tabs on top of your user interface: View, Edit, Orders and Cash Voucher. 'View' displays your account details, 'Edit' allows you to edit your account, 'Orders' allows you to check your order, and 'Cash Voucher' shows your history of redeeming vouchers. Click on 'Orders'.
  3. A table of all your current and previous orders are displayed here. You can see your order numbers, dates, totals and status here. If you had just placed your order, it will be in 'Pending' status. Please allow at least 24 hours for us to validate your payment transaction and the URL you provide us. After validation and approval, your order status will be changed to 'Processing' in which you will start seeing new Facebook likes or 5-star rating reviews. On the first few days, the increase will be slow but it will be faster after that bufffering period. Please wait patiently.
  4. If you want to see details of a specific order, simply click on the corresponding order number and you will be redirected to a new page with the order details. Here, you can see individual items with details including the item names, unit prices, quantities and totals, as well as your billing information for that specific order. If you were qualified for discount and free items, it will be reflected here too.
